SD Have the rights to promote Recruits up to Commanding Officer III, GC up to Commanding Control III and Instructor up to Commanding Instructor III. They have the rights to demote Recruits up to Commanding Officer III with a valid reason, proof and they must report it to RMD +. They do not have admin on badges or RR.
ECILD Have the rights to promote Recruit up to Commanding Officer III, GC up to Commanding Control III, Instructor up to Commanding Instructor III and HEOD up to HEOD Chief of Staff. They have the right to demote Recruit up to Commanding Officer III with a valid reason, proof and must report it to a RMD +. They have the right to demote GC up to Commanding Control III with a valid reason, proof and approval from RMD + It must be reported to a Founder. They do not have admin on badges or room rights.

They have the rights to demote Recruit up to Commanding Officer III, GC up to Commanding Control III, Instructor up to Commanding Instructor III with a valid reason and proof. They have the rights to demote HEOD up to HEOD Chief of Staff and ACD up to ACD P.R. Officer with a valid reason, proof and must tell a founder. They have the rights to demote ACD from ACD P.R. Manager up to ACD Chief Scientist with a valid reason, proof, approval from a founder, and it must be reported to a founder. They have admin on badges up to SD and all RMD have room rights.
All HEOD + Must make Promotion and Demotion logs to record all promotions and demotions the give. If there is someone you think deserves a promotion or demotion and you do not have authority to give one to the member please inform someone with the authority to do so and provide them with proof.
